Yes we understand that if he passes away, we will have to pay another month.But this is told before you sign the lease. And you have thirty days to clean the apartment. The peace of mind that he is watched 24 hours a day is well worth the cost. And he has gained 30 pounds since moving there. He was severely under weight prior.
